Nolan Payne

Nolan’s exploration of how spaces can positively influence an individual’s physical and mental well-being has propelled his interest in architecture. With previous experience in construction, Nolan intends to combine the technical skills of building with the design ideology of the Knowlton School of Architecture to contribute to the Wellogy team.

David Plunkett

Dave is an enthusiastic, creative, and driven Architect and Project Manager with Wellogy. His diverse architecture, construction, and development background provide a unique foundation for diagnosing and resolving complex design and construction issues.

He is a fearless fix-it guy who completely immerses himself in knowledge and problem solving, making him the engine that keeps the most challenging projects moving forward. Dave is passionate about sustainable design and continually empowers our team to seek better ways to manage resources and techniques to encourage engagement with nature. 

Riley Sagan

Riley is a Project Designer and a valuable contributor to our process. He provides detailed graphic design and technical support. His rendering skills in Enscape and Lumion have enriched our marketing and visual capabilities so clients can visualize their projects. Riley also possesses a high level of technical capability in REVIT and the Adobe creative suite. In addition to his technical and project design skills, Riley creates a welcoming environment at Wellogy and is always ready to help new hires learn our systems and provide client support.

Riley is a graduate of the Knowlton School of Architecture at The Ohio State University and is interested in eco-friendly design.

Rudy Salinas

Rudy brings experience in multiple market segments and all phases of the design process. A licensed architect, his strong leadership and planning skills complement our growing Orlando office.

Rudy earned his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Houston and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M.

Steve Simmons

Steve is an accomplished architect with an award-winning track record in design and project management. His talent for sophisticated design and highly efficient project management has enabled him to build a solid base of satisfied clients for nearly three decades. Steve adds numerous design awards, as well as published works in the field of architectural studies to his broad experience in the practice of functional, form-driven, sustainable design.

Frank White

Frank’s diverse history had him involved in all aspects of retail, from “on-the-boards” planning and design to international consulting strategy and field installation. He brings to Wellogy experience with independent specialty store concepts, National Parks Department, and national and international retail chains. His Higher Education portfolio includes over 200 college bookstores, foodservice concepts, business centers, and convenience stores.

Frank is the co-author of several retail design books, including “Independent Bookstore Planning and Design” and the “Retail Action Guide” series.

Michael Wade

Michael brings a passion for sustainable and functional design and a strong desire to keep learning. An Eagle Scout, Michael hopes to use architecture and planning in ways that give back long-term to the community.

Michael joined the Wellogy team after graduating from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. In college, he served as Outreach Chair for the Ohio State chapter of AIAS and as an ambassador for the architecture school.

Valerie Ward

With an impressive track record of almost two decades in Healthcare Architecture, Valerie excels in delivering innovative design solutions to intricately technical environments. Her expertise lies in striking the perfect balance between clinical requirements and processes while ensuring optimal patient comfort. Valerie’s extensive healthcare design portfolio spans from acute inpatient hospitals to the establishment of roll-out clinics. As the newly appointed Florida Healthcare Market Leader, Valerie is registered in multiple states and holds a prestigious ACHA (American College of Healthcare Architects) certification, further solidifying her standing as a leader in the field.

Alexandra Warner

Alexandra joins Wellogy as a designer with experience in hospitality and laboratory design. She received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University. During her Graduate Assistantships, she promoted learning environments that forefronted fun and experimental design through collaboration within the Freshman Design Studio. This approach to design, in conjunction with her knowledge of building systems, makes Alex a welcome addition to our growing team.
