As Marketing Director and Senior Associate, she leads corporate branding, proposal strategy, social media direction, publication design, and website content- elevating how the firm’s human-centered, sustainable design expertise is shared with clients and communities.
With a background in advertising, communications, and public relations, Jennifer blends big-picture thinking with detail-driven execution. She holds the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) credential, a recognition of her strategic expertise and commitment to marketing excellence in the AEC industry. Her marketing philosophy centers on clarity, visual impact, and intentional storytelling. Whether she’s crafting compelling proposals, designing high-impact publications, or curating engaging digital content, she ensures every message reflects Wellogy’s core values of wellness, innovation, and sustainability.
Jennifer is an active member of SMPS, where she shares insights, mentors fellow marketers, and contributes to elevating industry standards.
Gabriel brings a people-focused design perspective to his internship with Wellogy. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Kent State University and is currently in his final year of graduate school, pursuing a Master of Architecture at The Ohio State University.
His interest in architecture comes from the way design can shape, elevate, and amplify a person’s experience. With an academic background in urban studies and architecture, Gabriel is focused on creating adaptive spaces that support wellbeing and respond to the changing needs of the people and communities they serve. Through his internship, he is excited to learn more about the profession while contributing to work rooted in purpose, care, and human-centered design.
Tyler possesses many great talents. He is a registered architect, photographer, drummer, craftsman, digital artist, and technology guru. Tyler worked with us during college and has taken on any challenge given to him with enthusiasm and confidence. Tyler manages the firm’s technology, VR studios, rendering, and BIM standards in addition to his project management workload.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University. Tyler developed a strong understanding of technology, construction, and fabrication in his Graduate Assistantship for the Knowlton School of Architecture and construction in residential renovations. His skillset is broad, and his ability to adapt to and manage multiple challenges has proven critical to the success of many projects.
Kelli is a finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of experience across sectors such as science, research, and transit. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Ohio University and an MBA from Marshall University, along with a CPA certification earned in 2009. Known for her expertise in financial management, internal controls, and compliance, Kelli excels in process improvements and operational efficiency.
Kelli actively volunteers with organizations like the Byron Saunders Foundation and serves as Treasurer for Soroptimist International of Columbus and Franklin County, and Cup of Purpose, Recovery Café. She is also a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and AICPA, staying engaged with industry developments.
Beth Anne brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, facilities management, and leadership development across the healthcare, senior living, and higher education sectors. Her expertise lies in aligning operational excellence with human-centered design, creating environments that support well-being and drive operational efficiency.
Beth Anne is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and fostering collaborative partnerships that lead to innovative, impactful solutions. Her strategic insight, deep understanding of the owner’s perspective, and commitment to elevating the built environment position her as a strategic partner to both clients and colleagues alike.
Gary is a registered architect with over 35 years of healthcare, corporate office, higher education, historic restoration, and adaptive reuse type facility designs and construction experience. His wealth of knowledge managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders is of great value to our team as is his ability to provide QA/QC on major projects. Having managed projects for both the client and design firms provides Gary with valuable insight and an in-depth understanding of project priorities and expectations.
Sam brings a thoughtful, people-centered perspective to her internship with Wellogy. A fourth-year Interior Architecture student at Ohio University, Sam is passionate about designing spaces that support the people who use them and make everyday experiences feel more intuitive, welcoming, and meaningful.
Her background blends creativity, collaboration, technical problem-solving, and organization. In addition to her design studies, Sam serves as a Teaching Assistant for Ohio University’s online program and as Design Coordinator for the University’s Design Group Organization, where she helps encourage student connection, creativity, and engagement within the design community. She also holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from North Central State College, adding a strong organizational lens to her design approach.
Through her internship, Sam is excited to continue growing as a designer while contributing to projects that create a positive impact through thoughtful, human-centered design.
Scott has an intuitive sense of design that he marries with his project management. Leveraging his 10+ years of experience, he carefully listens to a client’s needs, then works to make sure their voice is heard throughout a project. Scott believes complex challenges require collaborative solutions, and he works to create synergies between the team’s intelligent design ideas and the client’s programming needs.
Scott also offers experience across different markets, from residential to healthcare to large hospitality developments. His most admirable work quality is his capability to take on complex challenges and drive through them with clarity and consistency until completion. He is a Bowling Green State University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Architecture & Environmental Design.
With over 20 years of architectural experience, Parker is a skilled problem solver and understands how to build strong client relationships. His involvement in various project types, such as Mixed Use, Office, and Veterinary, will be a vital asset to our team going forward. Parker thrives in working with diverse teams and brings a calm and focused management style to drive projects to completion.
