Stephen Bennett

With over 30 years of experience in various project types and sizes, Stephen brings a unique perspective to architectural delivery. His primary focus has been in healthcare environments, with project experience nationwide. He brings the ability to design, detail, and document but has a true passion for the construction phase. Stephen applies a career of knowledge to issues that need to be addressed creatively yet timely. He’s a team-oriented project architect that uses innovative solutions to complex Commercial, Higher Education, and Healthcare occupancies.

Jennifer Bobbitt

As Marketing Director, Jennifer is responsible for our first impressions, including corporate branding, marketing proposals, social media, email marketing, and website content. She excels at creating highly visual, clear, and concise marketing messages to promote the Wellogy team and projects.

She advocates for persons with different abilities and has participated on the Family Advisory Council at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and as an Advocate for Canine Companions. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications specializing in Broadcasting and Public Relations from Bethany College.

Candie Bozzard

Candie is a designer at Wellogy and is passionate about human experiences in interior spaces. She brings to the team previous internship experience in the healthcare and education design sectors. Candie holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a Research Distinction from The Ohio State University in 2023 and is pursuing NCIDQ certification. She is passionate about wayfinding, sustainability, and community identity within spaces.

Tyler Brozovich

Tyler possesses many great talents. He is a registered architect, photographer, drummer, craftsman, digital artist, and technology guru. Tyler worked with us during college and has taken on any challenge given to him with enthusiasm and confidence. Tyler manages the firm’s technology, VR studios, rendering, and BIM standards in addition to his project management workload.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University. Tyler developed a strong understanding of technology, construction, and fabrication in his Graduate Assistantship for the Knowlton School of Architecture and construction in residential renovations. His skillset is broad, and his ability to adapt to and manage multiple challenges has proven critical to the success of many projects.

Harris Cheifetz

Harris is entering his senior year of study at Kent State University toward his Bachelor of Science in Architecture. This past year he led a group of friends, placing first in a metal building design competition for MBMA. Within his first architectural internship at Wellogy, he plans to explore all aspects of the job to understand architecture as a profession better.

 

Gary Claar

Gary is a registered architect with over 35 years of healthcare, corporate office, higher education, historic restoration, and adaptive reuse type facility designs and construction experience. His wealth of knowledge managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders is of great value to our team as is his ability to provide QA/QC on major projects. Having managed projects for both the client and design firms provides Gary with valuable insight and an in-depth understanding of project priorities and expectations.

Adam Corwin

Adam has a diverse background in mixed-use, high-rise, multifamily, residential, commercial, educational, and hospitality architecture. He has experience in all phases of design and has led BIM educational programs at multiple firms. With a master’s degree from The Ohio State University as well as having worked in the field for over fourteen years, his education and experience offer a unique blend of architectural theory and construction best practices.

Scott Flickinger

Scott has an intuitive sense of design that he marries with his project management. Leveraging his 10+ years of experience, he carefully listens to a client’s needs, then works to make sure their voice is heard throughout a project. Scott believes complex challenges require collaborative solutions, and he works to create synergies between the team’s intelligent design ideas and the client’s programming needs.

Scott also offers experience across different markets, from residential to healthcare to large hospitality developments. His most admirable work quality is his capability to take on complex challenges and drive through them with clarity and consistency until completion. He is a Bowling Green State University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Architecture & Environmental Design.

Gary Gray

Gary is a natural connector of people and a visionary in community design. As a principal architect, he has led projects across the country. He has completed mixed-use developments, Class A multi-family developments, multi-specialty medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, churches, schools, retail centers, office campuses, and single-family residences. The variety of interests and projects gives Gary a unique skill set to create beautiful designs and understand projects’ economic and market factors.
