Wonderland Homes builds new homes in Denver within the Stapleton Community from the low 300’s and currently offers 4 new home collections. Wellogy worked with Wonderland Homes and Forest City, the developer of Stapleton, on new commercial office space for the headquarters of Wonderland Homes within Stapleton Northfield.
The project consisted of the build‐out of an unoccupied suite on the second floor of an existing office building. The tenant improvements included new finishes consisting of stained concrete floors in the Reception and Corridor, a modern patterned carpet tile in the Offices, bright accent colors throughout, and solid wood casework in the Break and Work Areas. The feel of the space is a successful professional commercial office space inserted with the comforts of residential design.
