Driven to create a comfortable and familiar lifestyle for senior residents, Wellogy recently completed the new state-of-the-art community in Marysville, Ohio. Denver developer NexCore Group and national operator Meridian Senior Living teamed to create a new facility prototype targeted at smaller communities throughout the Midwest.
Wellogy was the Architect of Record for Walnut Crossing Assisted Living and Memory Care Community which offers 52 Assisted Living beds and 28 Memory Care beds. The design is drawn from the vernacular of the region to provide the residents with the familiarity of their community.
