Tohoqua Town Center is a 70-acre parcel within the larger Tohoqua Master Planned Development. For the area comprising the town center Wellogy undertook the creation of market demand analysis that uncovered the need for the following uses;
• Integrated Health & Wellness facility
• Food Hall
• Market rate apartments (micro apartments) • Charter School
• Assisted Living & Independent Senior Living • Market rate office space
• Small footprint retail uses
• Co-working spaces
A conceptual master land use plan was created that located and appropriately sized the intended uses. Using the planning information economic proformas were created for each of the uses.
