Wellogy teamed with senior housing developer Meridian Senior Living to design and construct Sugar Fork Crossing Assisted Living and Memory Care. The facility is a new 74,800 sf, one-story senior living facility with 72 assisted living beds and 42 memory care beds arranged in-studio and group suites. The facility was constructed under the I-2 / A-2 Use Group of Type 5A (wood frame) construction. The scope of work includes a full kitchen, dining facilities, bistro, activity rooms, movie theater room, library, spa, as well as all necessary patient and staff support areas.
