Following the successful pattern set forth in the design of Pediatric Associates Pickerington, Wellogy worked directly with the end-users, utilizing the Pickerington location as a prototype for their new Hilliard location. The layout focuses around ‘Pods’ for each physician, with each Pod containing 4 exam rooms, a physician/nurse work area, and another specialty exam room or toilet room. In addition, the design included nurse work areas, physician offices, and laboratory space to provide the tenant with the ability to offer a full-service Pediatric practice to their clients.
Wellogy provided full architectural services to the developer and Pediatric Associates in the development of the exterior shell and interior tenant fit-out of the new 9,500 sf office for the relocation of the Hilliard branch of their practice.
