As a key driver of Ohio’s bioscience and healthcare innovation economy, Ohio Life Sciences needed a headquarters that embodies connection, collaboration, and forward momentum. Wellogy is designing their new office space at the Energy Advancement and Innovation Center to be exactly that—a future-ready workspace in the heart of the Carmenton Innovation District.
The new headquarters includes over 4,800 sf of open and flexible workspace, designed to foster team synergy and strategic growth. The space will also serve as an incubator, offering a home to life sciences startups looking to plant their flag in Ohio.
The design reflects the mission of Ohio Life Sciences—elevating the people, partnerships, and ideas that are transforming healthcare and bioscience in Ohio and beyond. With a focus on clean design, functional efficiency, and long-term adaptability, this fit-out is more than a workspace. It’s a launchpad for impact.
