Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers is a restaurant franchise based in Atlanta, Georgia, and operates 100 locations in 16 states. Each location’s restaurant design is completely unique, integrating local culture into the upscale casual dining experience, while at the same time maintaining restaurant brand standards and experiential consistency.
Wellogy has been selected as the Architect of Record for all five planned Denver, Colorado locations, and at least four central Ohio locations over the next four years. Design for the Dublin, Ohio location along Dublin’s developing Bridge Street Corridor plays off of the community’s Irish heritage and the restaurant’s proximity to the famous Muirfield golf course.
This funky twist on the traditional Irish pub features work by local artists, and several interactive design elements.
