Latitude 39 Renovation

Underused and located in a back corner with a hidden entry, Latitude 39 was completely renovated and the dining concept was revamped. The existing space was institutional in nature and very difficult for guests to find.

The total renovation created increased revenues in a more vibrant space with a British pub feel accenting the Athens community. The name and the decor celebrate the location, Latitude 39 with a copper marker on the floor, and a map of the Athens community on a feature wall. The restaurant offers a variety of seating options including private dining booths, community tables, bar seating, high top tables, traditional low top table with banquette and the ability to serve to a few or many patrons The space includes accent lighting to define this unique space on campus. The new entry allows guests to interact with the lounge area on the ground floor of Baker Commons.
