The Lake Nona Center for Wellbeing is in the heart of a new 3,000-acre mixed-use community in Metro Orlando, noted as the world’s most sophisticated wellness community by the Global Wellness Institute.
The Center for Wellbeing is the seamless integration of a 130,000 sf, 3-story Wellness Center, a 120,000 sf, 5-story Medical Office Building, and 38,700 sf of Class A retail space. The project sets a new standard for population health and is situated at a high-profile corner of the New Town Center for Lake Nona.
This unprecedented health campus redefines how a community can support the well-being of its residents with a full spectrum of facilities that host state-of-the-art, medically-integrated health and wellness programs, and services. With Tavistock and Signet Real Estate leading the project, Wellogy and OLC worked on the master plan, design, and interiors for this valued community asset.
