Geotech is an environmental equipment manufacturer based in Denver, Colorado. The company approached Wellogy to provide full design and architectural services to support the relocation of their corporate headquarters.
The program for Geotech’s new space included an office headquarters, retail sales, a service shop, testing labs, an assembly floor, and a shipping & receiving center. Significant structural revisions were made in the remodel, including a new entry façade of steel, glass, and stone. A 1000 sf steel mezzanine was also added to the building. Full architectural services and furniture consulting were provided for this project.
