Wellogy designed a new corporate office headquarters for ADA ES. The project is 26,500 sf on a single floor plate and is located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The project is located on the second floor of an existing two-story office building with ample western views of the Rocky Mountains.
The approach to the space plan and project, in general, was to reuse partition and door systems to the greatest extent possible. The design solution features a 100 person dividable conference room, break areas, a welcome reception area, and an executive board room as well as private and open office areas.
